1. Custom and Personalized Products

As most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided as proof

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Incorrect size selection made by the customer

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you require an exchange, please contact us with your order number and issue details.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders for custom products may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

7. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
